Macy's First Birthday Party

Okay, so it's been a few weeks now, but I still have to mention Macy's first birthday.  Anna went to a ton of work for the party, and we were so glad we were able to go to Bandon that weekend to help celebrate.  The party had an Asian theme, which I believe was inspired when Anna read about making "candy sushi" in a magazine.  (So cute and tasty, by the way!)  For pictures of the decorations and food, click here to see Anna's blog.

And here are a few (ha!) of my pictures from the party.  What a fun one it was!

Macy wasn't too sure about all of the attention, but she dug right into her cake when the time came.

Ready for cake :)

Anna's two older nephews weren't able to come at the last minute, and neither of the little boys could even put a dent in the pinata she made.
Let's try a hammer...

Eventually Morgan pitched it to Anna's brother, Jake, a few times and it finally came open.  It had all sorts of fun things inside, including little Snickers bars, Asian candy, and ninja rubber duckies.

Judson was REALLY excited about his tattoos :)
